Domicilary Care
Three Angel Healthcare provides value domiciliary care to people who are still living in their own homes, but who require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Individuals are able to stay in the comfort of their own home as we provide ongoing support that’s completely built around a person’s individual needs. Three Angel Healthcare can also cover overnight support if required and a ‘sitting service’ can also be arranged if required. Our support providers are well practiced in a variety of different approaches with their priority being the comfort and wellbeing of the individual in our care. Our ultimate aim is ensuring a safe environment and reducing and minimizing any risk factors that could arise.
Palliative Care
Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing the problem associated with life-threating illness, through the prevention and relief of suffering by means of early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosocial and spiritual..
Live In Care
Three Angel Healthcare can provide live-in carers who will live with you in your home. We provide both short-term and long-term services, depending on what each individual requires. Our support providers are expertly trained to deliver care in your own home, with their primary role being to allow the service user requiring care to continue appreciating a comfortable and independent life within their own home. Live-in carers can also support individuals with Personal and specialist medical care, dietary and nutritional support, companionship, housekeeping and other daily tasks.
Complex Care
Complex care is a person centered approach that addresses the needs of individuals who may have a combination of medical, behavioral and social challenges. Three Angel Healthcare is able to provide this more complex level of support to service users. Our Care Staff are highly trained in multiple areas and are able to administer an array of therapeutic interventions that are specific and person centered.
Supported Living
Three Angel Healthcare Ltd. Is offering two exciting sites where we are offering supported living for the client living with Learning disability, Autism, Physical disabilities, and mental health diagnosis. Two new sites with indoor swimming pool, sensory room and activity day care will be opening soon along side with supported living. In past years we have proven our strength and promoted positive outcomes for all out clients. At present we are working with Local authority and clinical commissioning group, who recommended us due to our outstanding feedback.
